When you know you have bad breath, and it prevents you from socializing or interacting with other people because you fear your bad breath will put people off; Then get rid of these fears. - If there is an affected tooth it needs to be removed and other oral infections are treated.
- Good oral hygiene is essential. Mouthwashes and kinds of toothpaste are effective in managing bad breath. You should ask your dentist for a product that may be helpful for you.
